AIS Building Services is proud to have supported the Greater Manchester Fire Stations over the past 12 months. Our commitment to maintaining these crucial community buildings has seen us working on 14 fire stations across the region, ensuring they remain operational and safe for both the firefighters and the public they serve.
One of our significant projects has been at the Gorton Fire Station, where our team has been involved in a comprehensive range of services. The scope of work at this station includes:
🚧 Gas Works: Ensuring safe installation and maintenance of all gas systems.
⚡ Electrical: Upgrading and servicing electrical systems to meet current standards.
🚨 Fire Alarms: Installing and maintaining fire alarm systems for optimal safety.

🏗️ AIS Building Services & Quadriga Contracts Ltd is involved in town centre regeneration works in Holyhead, specifically undertaking a project on Stanley Street as a regeneration and restoration of the historic main hub of the town.
The project involves the repair and reinstatement of multiple historic shopfronts and full internal refurbs on Stanley Street, as part of the Isle of Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn | Isle of Anglesey County Council & Holyhead Townscape Heritage Initiative (THI) 🏢
The works are supported by grants from the UK Government and The National Lottery Heritage Fund 👌 💫
Work commenced in mid-2025, delivered in two batches over the summer and autumn, and aims to enhance the street scene and support local businesses. Businesses along Stanley Street remain open as usual during the refurbishment.

AIS Building Services Facilities Management Division is proud to have completed 2 HMO student house refurbishments, located in Bath, Somerset📍
Working in partnership with one of the UK‘s leading student housing companies, we stepped into a seven week program converting two terrace, three bedroom houses into five bedrooms including extra bathrooms installed in both properties…🧰
🛠️Here’s what we installed & revamped in the two properties within 7 weeks!
- Two x New bedrooms in both homes 🛏️
- Loft conversion dormers in both
- Full rewiring ⚡️
- Full domestic heating install and new plumbing 🔥
- Plastering through both houses
- New flooring
- Fully painted both houses
- New doors, arcs, skirts throughout 🚪
- Landscaping both gardens 🪴
Once the job started we came upon structural design changes week after week, however we still finished on time safely and professionally.
Thanks to our dedicated team and advanced management systems, we were able to work day and night to get this project over the line and within those few weeks we made it happen!
Students are now living in these beautiful houses. 🏠

Last week, AIS Building Services proudly completed the handover of a comprehensive MEP and HVAC Services contract for the North Preston Medical Practice at NHS Ingol Health Centre.
The AIS Building Services team meticulously demonstrated the functionality and operations of the installed mechanical and HVAC equipment to the representatives from NHS Property Services Ltd.
Our Director Zeyaid Mohamed led the team demonstration. The demonstration was a crucial part of ensuring that the systems meet the specific needs of the healthcare facility, prioritising efficiency, reliability, and user-friendliness.
The team showcased how the various systems integrate to provide optimal comfort and air quality, crucial for both patients and staff.
Detailed instructions were provided on operating and maintaining the equipment, ensuring that NHS Property Services Ltd staff can manage the systems effectively.
Assurance was given that all systems are compliant with current health and safety standards, providing a safe environment for all occupants.
The new HVAC systems ensure consistent temperature control and air circulation throughout the facility. AIS Building Services installed the latest in modern technology & equipment designed to reduce energy consumption, aligning with sustainability goals. NHS Preston Healthport Community Diagnostic Centre - M&E Clinic Refurbishment.
We have recently wrapped up a complex project for the NHS in the North West, Installing various M&E equipment, whilst clearing a number of examination and consulting rooms for total refurbishment in phases to allow the surgery to continue operating.
